Coach Natalie James
Natalie James is a dedicated small business owner, community organizer, and political figure from Little Rock. Her journey began in 2015 as a Realtor, leveraging her profession to passionately assist families in securing affordable housing. Appointed as a Land Bank Commissioner by Mayor Frank Scott and the City Directors of Little Rock in 2020, Natalie furthered her impact in community development.
In 2021, she was honored with the Chair position of the Branch Political Action Committee by the President of the Little Rock Branch of the NAACP. Known for her advocacy against attacks on women’s healthcare, voting rights, LGBTQ Arkansans, and criminal justice reform, Natalie, at 38, has been a vocal leader in these critical areas. She notably championed efforts during the Arkansas 93rd General Assembly to hold law enforcement accountable and advocated for the abolition of qualified immunity in response to tragic police incidents nationwide.
