Lorraine has led the Job Corps program for over 28 years, serving as Executive Director for Adams and Associates, where she managed operations across four Federal Job Corps facilities nationwide and oversaw contracts exceeding $160 million. Renowned for her expertise in transforming underperforming facilities into top performers, Lorraine has positively impacted thousands of at-risk youth, facilitating their graduation and significant life improvements.

Recently, Lorraine launched LD Lane & Co., her own consulting firm, following her tenure at Job Corps. Alongside her spouse, Deborah Vantrece of the VanTrece Hospitality group, Lorraine owns and operates three successful restaurants and a catering business: Twisted Soul Cookhouse and Pours in MidTown, Oreatha’s At The Point, and La Panarda in SW Atlanta. In her leisure time, she pursues her passion for wine, holding a Level II certification in Wine and Spirits from Europe.
