Coach Linda Johnson

Dr. Linda T. Johnson's career spans several decades, beginning with an undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from St. Louis University, followed by a master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and a doctorate in Educational Administration and Organizational Change from Roosevelt University (Chicago). Throughout her tenure in education, she taught students with diverse needs including deaf/hard-of-hearing, speech and language impairments, learning disabilities, behavior disorders, and autism spectrum disorders across multiple school districts in St. Louis and the Chicagoland area.

Dr. Johnson's passion for improving services for disabled students led her to pioneer the Adult Transition Program in her district over a decade ago, a role she held until her retirement in 2022. Her innovative approach not only saved the district significant resources but also enhanced support for disabled young adults. Motivated by her extensive experience and dedication to the special needs community, Dr. Johnson founded the nonprofit organization E-3 Connection, Inc. in 2022. Through E-3 Connection, she continues to empower families and improve the lives of children and young adults with disabilities through effective support strategies.
